The House is on two levels, divided in 2 separate suites (suite 1 and suite 2). Families wishing to occupy both suites will effectively have a fully equipped "villa” with all possible amenities.

The House has 2 master bedrooms and a 3rd smaller bedroom, 1 big living room and a smaller room which can be used as a separate living or bed room and a kitchen / dining area. In total, the House sleeps 6 people in its 3 bedrooms plus another 4 or 5 in the two living rooms.

The House is fully furnished and offers all modern conveniences: all rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all thinkable electrical appliances. Guests have broadband / wireless internet access, sky satellite TV, DVD player and music systems including IPod /IPhone docking stations. There is a washing machine and extra refrigeration and freezer storage in the utility room.

The 1st floor: living room, kitchen & dining area, bedrooms

• The main area (ca 110 sq. m) includes the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a spacious living room and an open plan dining area with a well equipped kitchen.

• The master bed room offers a king size bed (180 X 210).

• The living room is equipped with a 6-seat sofa and a second couch.

• In the dining area the Italian styled monastery table comfortably hosts 8 persons.

• The kitchen opens on ta patio. The patio and the main yard are connected and are on the same level.

• From the suite's dining area a corridor leads ta shower room and a small bed / living room and, via stairs, to the ground floor. This part of the house (ca 35 sqm) can be separated from the main suite, as well as from the basement.

The Basement: bedrooms

• The basement's main room re is perhaps the most atmospheric part of the property, with its old fireplace and the arch. It has privacy and is being used as a double bed room (queen bed 160 X 200).

• A small hallway leads to the big shower room and a separate small bedroom with an elevated section and a double mattress.

• The basement offers total space of ca 50 sq.m. Further, it has access ta separate small veranda, ideal for one to enjoy sitting in a quiet area.

• The basement area has an independent entrance and can be isolated from the 1st floor.

• Suite 1 (ca 110 sq. m) includes the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a spacious living room and an open plan dining area with a well equipped kitchen. It sleeps a couple plus another 2 or 3 persons.

• The master bed room offers a king size bed (180 X 210).

• The living room is equipped with a 6-seat sofa and a second couch.

• In the dining area the Italian styled monastery table comfortably hosts 8 persons.

• The kitchen opens on to a patio. The patio and the main yard are connected and on the same level.

• Suite 2 is on two levels; it takes the basement and part of the 1st floor of the Main House and consists of 2 bed rooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Suite 2 has total space of ca 70 sq.m. and can host 4 people in its 2 bedrooms plus another 2 in the living room.

• The basement has one large bed room, a smaller one and a bathroom.

• The large bed room, with its old fireplace and the arch, is the most atmospheric area of the House. It has privacy and is being used as a double bed room (queen bed 160 X 200).

• A small hallway leads to the big shower room and a separate small bedroom with an elevated section and a double mattress.

• The living room with its shower room is on the first floor.

• Suite 2 has access to a separate small veranda, ideal for one to enjoy sitting in a quiet area.

• The guest house offers one bedroom, a shower-room and a living room (total space of 50 sqm).

• The bed room is equipped with a queen bed (160 X 200) and the living room with two couches (210 X 310). The shower-room and a small kitchenette are between the two rooms.

• There are two separate entrances, one for each of the rooms.

Guests enjoy full discretion: they have a private patio and exclusive use of the roof, with an unmatched view to the Castle.
